The Holiday Giveaway Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) begins at 8:00:01 AM Central Time (“CT”) on November 26, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 PM CT on December 31, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). All entries must be received before the Promotion Period ends. Late entries will not be accepted.
The Promotion is administered and sponsored by Bard Valley Date Growers, doing business as Natural Delights® (“Sponsor”) (“Administrator”).
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family or household members of the Administrator, Sponsor, and any of their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, or any other entities involved in the administration of this Promotion (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”) are not eligible to enter or win.

In case of dispute, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter is deemed the Entrant. All entries become property of the Sponsor.
By participating, each Entrant agrees to fully comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor or Administrator, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant it
believes has violated these Rules or applicable law.

Three (3) potential winners—one per prize category—will be selected in a random drawing on or about January 6, 2026 from all eligible entries received.
Winners will be notified by email using the address provided at entry.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Potential winners must complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and, where permitted, a Publicity Release within five (5) days of notification. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Prizes may not be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for cash, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
By entering, Entrants release the Promotion Entities from all liability related to participation, entry errors, technical issues, prize acceptance, or use/misuse of the prize.

Technical failures
Lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries
Internet or system errors
Human, printing, or typographical errors
Any attempt to tamper with the Promotion or Website may result in disqualification and legal action. If the Promotion cannot operate as intended due to fraud, technical issues, or causes beyond Sponsor’s control, Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion.
By accepting a prize, winner grants Sponsor (where legally permitted) the right to use their name, city/state, likeness, voice, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation.
Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize. Sponsor or Administrator may require winners to complete an IRS Form 1099 or other tax documents before prize issuance.
This Promotion is governed by the laws of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Entrants agree that:
a) All disputes will be resolved individually, without class action, in the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona (Yuma Division);
b) Awards are limited to actual out-of-pocket expenses, excluding attorney’s fees;
c) Entrants waive rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.
If any portion of these Rules is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
